Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms cover the website, the free launcher, Saysar Client for Minecraft, your account, and the store. Read them before you download or pay for anything.

  • Safe to runOfficial builds are signed, hashed, and free of miners, injectors, and hidden malware. We publish hashes and disclose security incidents. Install only from this site.
  • RefundsRefunds for undelivered purchases, cosmetics removed by our fault, unused Plus time, and a full product shutdown. Checkout needs a separate refund-policy checkbox. Details: [email protected].
  • Your riskWe do not answer for bans, lost items, missed queues, hardware issues, or anything that happens after you press play.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Saysar. They apply to this website, the Saysar launcher, Saysar Client, cosmetics, the in-client store, friends, chat, parties, and any support channel we run, including Discord and Telegram.

You accept these terms when you visit the site, download the launcher, create an account, sign in, install the client, or buy or earn a cosmetic.

If you do not agree, stop using Saysar. Uninstall the launcher and do not sign in. Updates to these terms follow section 10 (publication plus notice) — they are not silent.

2. Who may use Saysar

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are under that age, you may use Saysar only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

You must have a legitimate right to play the Minecraft edition and version you launch with Saysar. Saysar does not sell, give away, or crack Minecraft accounts. We are not Mojang or Microsoft.

  • One person, one Saysar account — sharing, selling, or renting a login is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for every action taken with your login, including store purchases.
  • You bring your own valid Minecraft access. We do not provide game accounts or bypass ownership checks.

3. What Saysar Client is

Saysar Client is a third-party Minecraft client. It is built for performance, a movable HUD, friends, in-game chat, and cosmetics. It is not a cheat client.

The launcher is free for Windows and Linux. A Saysar account is required to install the client from inside the launcher. That is the only supported install path.

Saysar is designed to support many Minecraft versions over time. Which versions are available and which features ship on each one can change; material changes are announced under section 7.

  • No reach, killaura, fly, speed, scaffold, or other combat / movement advantage.
  • Cosmetics — capes, wings, profiles — are visual only. Other Saysar players can see them.
  • Looks never change hitboxes, cooldown, or stats.
  • A feature on one Minecraft version is not a promise it will exist on every other version.

4. Safety of official builds

For official release builds downloaded from this website or through the official launcher, we commit that the package we publish does not contain miners, injectors, keyloggers, clippers, remote-access trojans, or hidden malware, and does not ship cheat modules. That commitment is a contractual safety obligation for official builds — not a vague “intent.”

We obligate ourselves to (a) code-sign official launcher and client builds where the OS supports it, (b) publish cryptographic hashes (for example SHA-256) for those builds on this site or in the launcher update channel so you can verify integrity, and (c) disclose security incidents that affect official builds or our update pipeline to account holders by email and on this site / Discord / Telegram without undue delay (and within 72 hours of confirmation when personal data is involved — see the Privacy Policy).

Updates ship through the launcher for the channel you installed. Material updates are shown in the launcher before or as you apply them. The launcher verifies signatures / hashes for official channels before installing. The client is closed source; reverse-engineering stays forbidden. HWID and session checks authenticate the install only — the client does not scan your disk, other apps, clipboard, or files outside its install and game folders.

AS IS in section 9 covers gameplay fitness, server acceptance, uptime, and compatibility. It does not cancel the signing, hashing, malware-free, and incident-disclosure duties in this section.

  • No malware, clippers, miners, keyloggers, or session-stealing overlays in official builds.
  • No cheat modules in official builds.
  • Download only from this website. Cracks, repacks, and random Discord files are not Saysar and are outside these commitments.
  • Preview, beta, or experimental channels may be less stable; they are still covered by the no-malware and signing rules if we label them official Saysar channels.
  • Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]; that is not a license to crack or redistribute builds.
Official onlyDamage, stolen accounts, or bans that follow from unofficial copies are not our responsibility.

5. Payments and refunds

Purchases through Saysar cover cosmetics, store bundles, event paid tiers if we offer them, and paid account features such as Plus. Digital content is treated as delivered when access is granted or the item is unlocked — unless delivery fails or we later remove it by our fault as described below.

Before you pay, checkout shows a separate checkbox (off by default) where you confirm you have read this refund policy. Payment cannot complete until that box is checked. Checking it is not a waiver of the refund rights listed here.

Checkout may run through third-party payment processors or aggregators. Their flows apply in addition to these terms. We do not hold full card numbers on Saysar servers. Payment and refund requests: [email protected].

  • Not delivered — if payment succeeds but the cosmetic or Plus access never unlocks on your account within a reasonable time after we confirm payment, you get a full refund or a correct delivery, at your choice.
  • Removed by our fault — if we delete or permanently disable a paid cosmetic you already own because of our error, a store bug, or a service-side fault (not a ban after appeal, not your request, not a copyright claim you caused), you get a refund or an equivalent replacement.
  • Plus — if you cancel Plus, or we cancel Plus for your account without an upheld ban, you get a proportional refund for the unused paid period. If we discontinue Plus for everyone, the same pro-rata rule applies to remaining paid time.
  • Full product shutdown — if Saysar permanently ends the entire client and store, eligible paid amounts still tied to your account (cosmetics and unused Plus) are refunded through the original processor where practicable, within the claim window we announce.
  • No refund — change of mind after successful delivery, a Minecraft server ban, a new device, or a Saysar ban that stands after Enforcement and appeal.
  • Chargebacks outside these refund channels may close the account. Write to [email protected] first.
  • Event free grants have no cash value. Bank and processor fees stay with the provider unless the refund itself reverses them.
How to claimEmail [email protected] from the account email with the order or transaction id. We aim to decide within fourteen (14) days.

Digital goods

Store cosmetics are licensed digital items, not physical goods. They are delivered to your Saysar account as soon as payment clears. By completing a purchase — after the refund-policy checkbox — you ask us to start that delivery immediately.

Where the law of your country lets you waive a cooling-off period for digital content once delivery has begun, you waive it by buying, except for the refund cases in section 5 (failed delivery, removal by our fault, Plus pro-rata, full shutdown, or a statute that forces a refund).

Access to digital goods depends on an account in good standing. If the account is restricted or closed after a finished appeal, the license ends; that is not “removal by our fault” and is not refundable under the fault rule. Full-shutdown and statutory refunds still apply when they do.

6. Minecraft, servers, and third parties

Saysar Client is not affiliated with, approved by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Server networks are independent.

You are responsible for reading the rules of every server you join. If a network forbids third-party clients, extra HUD modules, or cosmetics, do not use Saysar there.

  • Kicks, mutes, bans, rollbacks, and lost ranks are between you and that server.
  • Saysar will not intervene in a staff dispute.
  • Friends and chat only work with other Saysar users. We are not responsible for scams arranged in chat.
  • Mixing Saysar with other injectors, “boosters,” or unknown jars is not an official build and voids support.

7. Updates, versions, and availability

The launcher installs updates for the channel you chose. Material changes to features, supported Minecraft versions, friends, chat, the store, or Plus are announced on this site and/or in Discord / Telegram with reasonable advance notice when we can. Emergency maintenance, security fixes, or legal takedowns may need to move faster.

  • No promised FPS number, HUD module forever, or perfect uptime of friends, chat, or the store.
  • We may add, delay, or retire a Minecraft version after notice when practicable.
  • If we permanently shut down the entire Saysar product, section 5’s shutdown refund applies. Retiring one Minecraft version or a HUD module alone is not a full shutdown. Discontinuing Plus for everyone triggers the Plus pro-rata refund in section 5, not a cosmetic cash-out.
  • Routine feature changes after notice do not create a cash refund for one-time cosmetics that remain available on your account.

Enforcement

Saysar staff may investigate, warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts when they reasonably believe these terms, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law have been broken — or when keeping the account open would harm the service, other users, or Saysar.

You have a right to appeal. After a restriction or ban we will notify you of the action and the reason through the account email or support (unless a court order or safety law forbids disclosure). You may appeal and request all evidence we can share for that case — timestamps, rule cites, relevant message excerpts, and other material we relied on, redacted only to protect other users’ privacy or legal holds.

We reply to a complete appeal within fourteen (14) days. An appeal does not automatically pause the restriction while pending. If we overturn the decision, access and cosmetics on the account are restored. A denied appeal does not create a cash refund while Saysar still operates.

  • Urgent cases (active fraud, chargebacks, ongoing harm) may be restricted first; we still notify you and accept an appeal afterward.
  • Linked or alternate accounts used to evade a restriction may be closed together, each with its own appeal right.
  • While an account stays closed after a final upheld decision, cosmetics stay unavailable and are not refunded under the fault rule — unless section 5’s full-shutdown or statutory refund applies. Unused Plus time may still follow the Plus pro-rata rule if we cancel Plus without an upheld ban.
  • Failing to act on a rule once does not waive our right to act later.
  • Automated systems may flag accounts; staff may confirm or override those flags.
Appeal is a rightAsk for the evidence pack and a written outcome. That process is part of these terms, not a courtesy.

8. Intellectual property

The launcher, client, website, logos, assets, and copy belong to Saysar or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run official builds — you do not buy the software, source, or any ownership interest.

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, patch, or scrape Saysar binaries, APIs, or assets.
  • Do not rebrand, resell, sublicense, rent, or wrap Saysar in another installer or commercial product.
  • Cosmetic and profile content you submit must be yours to use.
  • We may remove infringing looks. If the removal is our fault under section 5, refund or replacement applies; if it follows a valid rights claim about content you submitted, it does not.
  • Chat, bios, and other text you post stay yours, but you give Saysar a license to host and show them as needed to run the product. We may delete abusive content.

9. Limitation of liability

Except for the safety commitments in section 4 and the refund rights in section 5, the website, launcher, and client are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE for gameplay, server acceptance, uptime, and compatibility — without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Saysar is not liable for ordinary consequential losses from third-party server bans, lost Minecraft progress, missed queues, or hardware issues that are not caused by our breach of section 4.

  • Lost Minecraft items, ranks, or cosmetics on third-party servers.
  • Corrupted installs or hardware problems after unofficial or modified builds.
  • Any ban, mute, or punishment issued by a server or by Mojang / Microsoft.
  • Outages caused by hosting providers, DDoS, or payment processors outside our reasonable control.
Cap and carve-outsWhere liability is limited, it is capped at the lesser of (a) what you paid Saysar in the 30 days before the claim or (b) US$100 — except that this cap and the AS IS wording do not limit liability for our willful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids a limit, or a personal-data breach caused by our failure to apply reasonable security. Refund rights in section 5 stay separate.

10. Changes to these terms

We may edit these terms. Every material change is published on this page with a new date and emailed to the address on your account at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. We may also post in Discord / Telegram or the launcher, but that does not replace the email. Changes are not effective against you without that page update and the 30-day email notice (or a bounce after a good-faith send to the address on file).

The effective date in the notice will be at least thirty days after the email, except where a faster change is required by law or security. Edits that make refund or ban rules stricter apply only going forward; they do not rewrite purchases or bans already completed under the older text.

If you do not agree with a change, stop using Saysar and request account closure before the effective date. Continuing after that date means you accept the updated terms for future use.

11. Minecraft still binds you

Saysar is an independent client. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any Minecraft network. “Minecraft” and related marks belong to their owners. Using those names here does not imply approval.

You still have to follow Mojang’s EULA (and any Microsoft terms that apply to your game access) plus the rules of every server you join. Saysar does not replace those contracts. A ban or punishment on any network is not a Saysar issue and is not a refund.

12. Warranty disclaimer

Except for section 4 (signed, hashed, malware-free official builds and incident disclosure) and section 5 (refunds), and except where the law forbids a disclaimer, Saysar disclaims other warranties about gameplay fitness and server acceptance. A Minecraft network may still reject the client; that is outside section 4.

  • No implied warranty that every server will allow the client or that FPS will hit a number.
  • Section 4’s no-malware, signing, hashing, and disclosure duties remain binding for official builds.
  • You still choose which servers to join and how you configure your OS and hardware.

13. Operator, law, and contact

These terms are offered by Saysar, trading as Saysar Client (the operator of https://saysar.net). Postal / registered correspondence: Saysar Client, Attn: Legal, correspondence for the operator of saysar.net, Russian Federation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts competent at the operator’s place of registration have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you a mandatory local forum.

Use the right mailbox. We do not take formal legal notices through in-game chat.

  • [email protected] — product questions, bugs, account help.
  • [email protected] — legal claims, formal notices, DMCA / IP complaints.
  • [email protected] — privacy and data rights (see the Privacy Policy).
  • [email protected] — payments, refunds, billing disputes.
  • [email protected] — security vulnerabilities and breach reports.
  • If one sentence here is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • These terms plus the Privacy Policy and User Agreement are the full agreement for using Saysar.
  • Informal replies in Discord or Telegram do not amend these terms unless we publish a change on this page under section 10.
  • The English text on this site controls if a translation differs.
  • You may not assign claims against Saysar arising from these terms without our written consent.
